About the Interview Process:
Givex moves quickly and follows a process to save time for both parties and will hire upon completion of the steps and when the right candidate is found. The steps include:
- Online questionnaire (Step 1) - accurately answered (10 minutes)
- Electronic job specific questionnaire (Step 2)- accurately answered (20 minutes)
- Interview at Givex office with department VP (1 to 1.5 hours); includes job specific testing/quizzes
- Telephone interview with HR (30 minutes)
- Background record check
- Reference check
