The Givex Customer Care Program enables merchants to receive multilingual assistance with their program from virtually anywhere, any time of day. The Program features an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) System - a 24/7 automated system that allows you to perform transactions in real-time through any touch-tone phone. It also includes a LIVE support call center available 24/7 and technical support.

Training
